We have made the process as seamless and as easy as possible. We have developed 11 programs that focus on stability, mobility, strength, and cardio. We have put in our recommendations as a beginner when completing these programs and have videos and written instructions to help you. You can print the program as a pdf and also utilise the tracking system we have set up on your membership for you to use with each program.
It’s important to note that we want you to focus on how you are feeling and if you are performing the exercises properly. 3 sets of 10 reps is great, however 3 sets of 10 reps in pain or discomfort is not. Tune in to your body and listen to it when it talks to you. You might find the 3 sets of 10 easy which is showing improvements and progress, so increase the weight. You might get to the second set and after 3 reps you are struggling and cannot perform anymore, that is okay, that is what you can tolerate in this moment.
