Action 2: Don't be such a brick

One Brick at a Time

Do you know what your threshold is? Can you connect the bricks to characterise your tolerance? 

Chapter 7 “Problems V Barriers” highlighted your wall. Revisit this chapter and ask yourself: What’s my barrier to go past?

Don't be such a brick

  1. Go for a walk and find a brick, any kind of brick.  
  2. Grab a pen and write your barrier in big letters across the face.  
  3. Keep the brick in a place you see very frequently. 
  4. On the other faces of the brick begin to write ways you have started to overcome that barrier. 
  5. When you feel that you have gone beyond the barrier, go outside and break your brick.
